Bradley Lant

Hello! I'm Brad, a dedicated Personal Trainer at Abshot Country Club. Currently, I am Progression Obsession's only PT.

I am passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals, whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, improving endurance, or just feeling healthier overall.

I have experience working with many clients in multiple gym environments, teaching various fitness classes, excelling in personal training courses, and my own specific training routine. 

My approach to training is fun! I believe that fitness is more than just working out. It is about building a positive mindset and a healthy lifestyle.

I understand that the gym can be an intimidating place, but my aim is to make the experience comfortable and mood lifting.

"After turning 50 I gained more weight despite eating less and nothing changed.  I went up 1 almost 2 dress sizes & was 14lb heavier.
In March I switched up my diet increased my protein and reduced sugar I started to lose weight but it was slow and difficult.
